Final judgment which it is desired this court should review under these direct appeal proceedings, was entered by the District Court of Natrona County January 31, 1950. One E. G. Ericksen, on his own behalf and all other parties similarly situated, as plaintiffs, brought an action in the District Court above named against School District No. 2 in the County of Na-trona and State of Wyoming and Natrona County High School, State of Wyoming, as public corporations of this state and named defendants.
