Pending before this Court is an appeal arising from a bankruptcy action filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York by Debtors AppOnline.com, Inc. (“AppOnline”) and Island Mortgage Network, Inc. (“Island Mortgage”) (collectively, “Debtors”).
