Appellants-plaintiffs L.N.K., Jennifer Kavanaugh, and Robert Kavanaugh (Ka-vanaughs) appeal the grant of summary judgment to appellces-defendants St. Mary's Medical Center and Mulberry Center (the Center). Specifically, the Ka-vanaughs argue that the trial court erroneously found that seduction is not an actionable tort in Indiana. The Kavanaughs also allege that the trial court erred in holding that the Center is not vicariously liable for Sean Lehman's seduction of LN.K., the Kavanaugh's minor daughter who went to the Center seeking help for drug abuse.
