Appeal from denial, without evidentiary hearing, of motion under Criminal Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R., to vacate and set aside judgment of conviction of murder, first degree.
Jackie Lee Noble was indicted jointly with William R. Hoover, Paul Edward Kenton, James William Stidham, Rollie Laster, Don Wm. DeLapp, and Joseph M. Vidauri, and charged with first degree murder in the death of Walter Lee Donnell on September 22, 1954.
