Paulson v. McDermott (In re Paulson)

Debtor Herman Eugene Paulson appeals from an Order of the Bankruptcy Court1 denying his motion to reinstate his dismissed Chapter 13 bankruptcy case and an Order denying his motion to reconsider that Order. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND

This ease stems from a long-running dispute between the Debtor and two of his creditors, People’s State Bank and Sunfl-our Railroad, Inc.
