Defendant was charged with three counts of aggravated assault in the District Court. Two of the counts were dismissed by the District Court prior to submission of the case to the jury. The jury found the defendant guilty on the remaining count. Following denial of defendant’s motion for a new tiral, he appeals to this Court.
