The sole question in this case is whether a judgment rendered by the judge of the city court of Wichita, when the procedure is the same as that of a justice of the peace (R. S. 20-2002), is void because it was not entered immediately after the close of the *40trial, or within four days thereafter, as required by statute (R. S. 61-903)..
