Appeal by the plaintiff, Anna E. Moore, from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of the defendants, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of New York on the 15th day of March, 1910, upon the report of a referee dismissing the complaint.

Dowling, J.:

This action is brought to recover the sum of $130,000 as damages claimed to have been sustained by the plaintiff for the conversion by the defendants of securities and bonds belonging to her. It appears that the plaintiff inherited certain property from her father, who was a physician at Hempstead, L. I. She had been married in 1877 to Herbert M. Moore and until then had no knowledge of • business matters. ■ Prior to her marriage she had lived with her father at Hempstead and. thereafter she resided at Yonkers and in the city of New York.
