FLY, Associate Justice.
The appellant in this case sued appellee to recover the sum of $20,000 damages sustained by him, by reason of the publication of á certain libelous letter written by appellee to appellant, and $20,000 for malicious prosecution. The publication of the libel was alleged to have been made by appellee reading the letter to one W. J. Howell. The case was tried with a jury, and resulted in a verdict and judgment for appellee.
Appellee wrote a letter to appellant which charged him with crime, but it was not read by any one, nor read to any one, nor its contents in any way made…
