ROBERTSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a purported contempt order issued by the district court prohibiting the Texas Animal Health Commission from enforcing its bovine brucello-sis program against R.J. Nunley. The court of appeals, in an unpublished opinion pursuant to Rule 452, dismissed the case for want of jurisdiction since judgments of contempt are not appealable orders. We reform the order of the trial court and in all other respects affirm the judgment of the court of appeals.
