This suit involves the construction of the will of the late H. Parks Tigrett, Sr. of New-bern, Dyer County, Tennessee. The will was dated October 28, 1952. Mr. Tigrett, Sr. died November 14, 1958, at the age of 84. His primary testamentary beneficiaries were his widow, Mrs. Sara N.
