On January 28, 1933, a suit was brought in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, the county of her domicile and in which her real estate was situate, by J. Irvin Games and Violet E. Games against Florence Devilbiss Foltz, administratrix c. t. a. of Florence F. Devilbiss, deceased; and the prothonotary was directed to index said action against Florence F.
