Plaintiff sued defendant for rent due on a lease of a building in the city of Shreveport and caused to be provisionally seized certain household effects, furniture, etc., found in the leased premises. Judgment was rendered on default for the amount sued for with recognition of the lessor’s lien on the chattels provisionally seized, and in due course execution issued on the judgment and said chattels were seized and advertised for sale.
