MORRIS, District Judge.

Forrest L. Kibbie, of Concord, N. H., doing business under the name and style of Pleasant Street Pharmacy, was adjudged a bankrupt upon his voluntary petition filed on the 19th day of April, 1934.

Arthur H. Knowlton was appointed receiver with authority to take over the assets of the bankrupt. At the time, the McKesson Eastern Drug Company of Boston claimed to be in possession of the entire stock of goods and fixtures in the store occupied by the bankrupt holding possession under a chattel mortgage given by the bankrupt to the drug company on the 16th day of January,…
