This is an appeal from an order of the juvenile court denying the putative father’s motion for a new hearing in a proceeding to terminate parental rights pursuant to Minn. St. 260.221.

The essential facts taken from the affidavits and transcript of the testimony establish the following: Baby Boy Zink is an illegitimate child bom on July 3, 1961, to Mrs. Audrey Zink, aged 40, who, it is established, had lived apart from her husband, Robert Zink, for some time prior to the birth.
