BARHAM, Judge.

This is an action ex delicto for damages for personal injuries sustained by a seventy-one year old woman spectator while she was watching a ninth grade football game from the sidelines. Previously this Court has considered this matter on appeal from a judgment sustaining an exception of no cause of action. (Turner v. Caddo Parish School Board, La.App., 179 So.2d 702).
