CASTILLE, Justice.
We granted review in this matter to determine whether appellant, Moon Township Municipal Authority (“Moon Authority”) has the power under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 (“Municipal Authorities Act”) 1 to convey its Montour Run Water Pollution Control System to appellee, County of Allegheny (“Allegheny County”), pursuant to a written agreement between those parties.
