|,Appellants Ashley Terry Basham and Charles Basham appeal from the termination of their parental rights to their child, D.B., pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated section 9-27-341 (Supp. 2013). Ashley argues on appeal that (1) the trial court erred in failing to determine whether she was indigent and appoint counsel and (2) insufficient evidence supports the trial court’s termination decision. Charles’s counsel has filed a no-merit brief and. a motion to withdraw, alleging that there are no meritorious grounds for his appeal. We reverse the order terminating Ashley’s parental rights and…
