"Plaintiff sues the defendant for damages in the sum of $1150.00 and for a cause of action alleges that she is the owner of 60 acres of land in the Parish of Red River, and that the defendant, without the knowledge or consent of plaintiff, trespassed upon said land and `widened and deepened a natural drain that had heretofore amply drained said lands', and that in the process of doing said work the defendant piled large piles of dirt on both sides of said canal out into the…
