ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR REMAND
KOVACHEVICH, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Remand and Memorandum of Law in support thereof, (Docket No. 7), and Defendant’s Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion to Remand (Docket No. 13). Plaintiff subsequently filed a Notice of Supplemental Authority in support of his Motion for Remand (Docket No. 19). Upon review of the motions and supporting memo-randa filed by the parties, this Court finds that we are without jurisdiction to entertain this suit.
