|/The claimant-appellant, Bernard Lands, appeals an adverse judgment of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Administration, District 5, dismissing his claim for workers’ compensation benefits instituted against his employer, Tony’s Seafood, and its workers’ compensation insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company.
