Appellant entered into a written lease agreement with appellee, plaintiff below, on August 1, 1978, leasing an ápartment unit in Fayetteville for one year at $235 per month. Appellant took possession around August 15 and paid $470 to cover two months rent plus $ 100 as a deposit against damage. In December, appellant told appellee that the rental costs in Fayetteville were too high for her earnings and that she.was forced to give up the apartment.
