ORDER

BOYCE, United States Magistrate Judge.

The plaintiff, Mamie Cortez, has sued University Mall Shopping Center, a partnership, alleging the defendant was liable for her injuries from an assault by a stranger against Cortez when she was kidnapped from the University Mall and transported to a secluded area and abused. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The plaintiff alleges, defendant failed to provide adequate lighting, security and policing to protect the tenants of the mall.
