dissenting. — There are six counts in the complaint, each claiming $155, as due upon an account stated. The first is as follows, after properly stating the names of the parties in the caption : ‘ ‘ The plaintiffs claim of the defendant one hundred and fifty-five dollars, due from him On account stated between the plaintiffs and defendant on the 18th day of March, 1888, which sum of money, with the interest thereon, is still unpaid.
