The appellee, Mrs. Vinnie Walters, recovered a judgment for the sum of $2,000 in the Circuit Court of Jones County against the appellant, American National Insurance Company, for the face value of four policies of Industrial Life Insurance issued by the appellant to the *620appellee’s son, Hilmon L. Walters; and from that judgment the appellant prosecutes this appeal.
The policies were dated May 3, 1954. The appellee was named as beneficiary in each of the policies. Each of the policies provided insurance in the amount of $250; but each of the policies also provided that the insurer would pay…
