OPINION

BROWN, Judge.

The Estate of Donald Smith (the “Estate”) appeals from the trial court’s dis missal of its lawsuit against Joshua Stutzman d/b/a Keystone Builders (“Stutzman”). The Estate raises two issues, which we revise and restate as whether the trial court properly granted Stutzman’s motion to set aside default judgment and motion to dismiss and dismissed the Estate’s action. We affirm.
