This litigation arises out of a maritime collision between the F/V STAR OCEAN *556and the M/V ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER that took place on March 1, 2012. Plaintiffs Trinh Van Tran and Lanh Tran, captain and deckhand, respectively, of the F/V STAR OCEAN, seek damages for personal injuries, past and future lost wages, lost property, and other general damages.
