Plaintiff in the trial court, defendant in error in this appeal, recovered judgment in the district court of Canadian county on two counts of an action for damages for personal injuries and doctor and hospital expenses. The damage complained of resulted from an automobile collision between cars being either owned, operated, or occupied by some of the parties here.
