KLINE, P. J.
Cesar Lopez appeals from a conviction of stalking. He contends the evidence was insufficient to establish that he made a true threat or that he intended to instill fear in the victim. We affirm.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Appellant was charged by information filed on February 13, 2013, with one count of stalking. (Pen. Code, § 646.9, subd. (a).) Presentation of the case to a jury began on May 10, 2013, and on May 14, 2013, appellant was found guilty as charged. On July 3, 2013, the court suspended imposition of sentence and granted probation for a period of five years.
