OPINION

ROGERS, Circuit Judge.

Attorney Hancock appeals from the district court’s summary affirmance of the bankruptcy court’s denial of his application for fees connected with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Hancock’s repeated failure to comply with the rules for bankruptcy appeals, however, warranted summary affir-mance by the district court without reaching the merits of his appeal.
