Plaintiff-appellant Wanda Southerland appeals from a judgment of involuntary dismissal entered by the trial court pursuant to Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 41(E), 1 due to plaintiff’s failure to prosecute her action for damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered in ah automobile collision.
