Seven-year-old Derek James Conner was injured when he pulled a 400-pound granite headstone over onto his foot in the parking lot at Norman Sosebee Funeral Home. His parents, Joel and Kim Conner, filed suit against the funeral home and Cartersville Monument Company, Inc. The trial court granted summary judgment to Sosebee Funeral Home, and the Conners appeal that ruling. Because the record reveals that questions of fact exist, we reverse.
