A. 0. Murphey & Hunt, a partnership, brought suit against the Central of Georgia Railway Company, alleging that they had shipped over the lines of the defendant company a carload of grapes from Barnesville, Georgia, consigned to Rocco Brothers, Omaha, Nebraska; that the shipment was under a contract which provided that the responsibility of each carrier should cease *864upon delivery “in good order” to the next carrier; that when the grapes reached Omaha they were in a damaged condition; the amount of the damages that the plaintiffs sustained by the failure to deliver the grapes in good order at…
