This action was by the administratrix of Joseph A. Jaeque to recover damages from the defendant, a corporation engaged in the manufacture of insulator equipment at Victor, N. Y., for negligence in failing to provide her deceased husband with a safe place to work whereby he contracted silicosis, which was a contributing cause of his death.
