This is an appeal by Gail D. Moore (Claimant) from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which upheld a referees decision denying Claimant benefits on the basis of Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 PS. §802(b) (voluntarily quitting work without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature).
