This ease involves consolidated petitions for review of decisions of the Interstate Commerce Commission (Commission).1
No. 95-2006 is a petition for review of the Commission’s April 18, 1995, decision granting in part the application of the Caddo Antoine and Little Missouri Railroad Company to purchase under the feeder line development provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 10910 a 52.9-mile line of railroad located in southwestern Arkansas, known as the Norman Branch.
