THIS CAUSE is before the Court on an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court’s December 13, 2006 Order granting the United States’ motion for relief from stay and denying Appellant, Alan Francis Beane’s (“Beane”), motion for the bankruptcy court to determine his tax liability.
