Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Condon, J.), rendered January 25, 2012, convicting him of attempted burglary in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The County Court’s oral colloquy with the defendant regarding the waiver of the right to appeal established that the defendant knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently waived his right to appeal (see People v Brown, 122 AD3d 133 [2d Dept 2014]).
