This suit, and six others involving the same issues, were consolidated for trial in the court below and the testimony relating to each was all taken as though there was only one proceeding before the court. They were again consolidated for argument and submission in this court with the understanding that a separate judgment and decree, as was done in the lower court, would be rendered in each.
