This is an appeal from an order requiring the payment of support money due and accruing under a prior decree of divorce, and also from an order denying a petition to modify such prior decree.

In an action for divorce brought by appellant against respondent, a decree was entered July 18, 1923, granting the divorce to the respondent wife and awarding to her the sole care, custody, and control of Richard James Feek, minor child of the parties.
