Appellant Baptist Health has filed an interlocutory appeal from a preliminary injunction granted to appellees by the Pulaski County Circuit Court in an order entered March 22, 2004. The appellees are physicians who have been or will be denied staff appointments and clinical privileges at medical facilities owned by Baptist Health because they are shareholders of Little Rock Cardiology Clinic, P.A., which, in turn, owns a minority ownership interest in the Arkansas Heart Hospital, a competitor of Baptist Health.
