*718 ¶ 1 Defendant, Richard A. Moore, appeals his conviction for aggravated battery. Defendant argues that the evidence at his trial was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the victim suffered great bodily harm as a result of the battery. Defendant also argues that he is entitled to $5 in presentence incarceration credit for one partial day spent in presentence custody. We affirm and remand with directions.
