In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR 7503 to stay the arbitration of an underinsured motorist claim, the petitioner appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Murphy, J.), dated December 2, 1988, which denied its application, and (2), as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated March 28, 1989, as, upon granting reargument, adhered to its original determination.
Ordered that the appeal from the order dated December 2, 1988, is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the order dated March 28, 1989, made upon reargument; and it is further,
