Petitioner Kahle's Kitchens, Inc. ("Plaintiff Kahle") filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania against a plywood distributor. In connection with its Pennsylvania lawsuit, Plaintiff Kahle sought discovery information from a West Virginia company, Respondent Shutler Cabinets, Inc. ("Shutler"). Shutler is a nonparty to the litigation in Pennsylvania.
