The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a Petition for Disciplinary Action on June 22, 1988, alleging that respondent had committed various acts of misconduct. On August 2, 1988, the Director filed a supplementary petition alleging further violations. Because respondent failed to respond to either petition, orders were issued deeming the allegations in the petitions admitted pursuant to Minn.R.Law.Prof.Resp. 13(c) and scheduling a hearing before this court.
