Robinson Engineering Co. Ltd. Pension Plan and Trust (Robinson) filed suit against Mark George (George) alleging that George defrauded Robinson out of nearly $1,000,000. Robinson claims that it eventually served George at his residence in Canada. George never showed up in the district court, however, and the court in due course entered a default judgment in Robinson’s favor.
