(dissenting). I cannot concur in either the reasoning or the conclusion reached by the majority opinion in this case.

To hold that an oil. and gas lease is subject to a judgment lien can work no .hardship, but, on the contrary, it would tend to prevent dishonest persons from dodging their legal obligations. The practical, every-day transactions dealing with oil and gas leases demonstrate the close relationship existing between oil and gas leases and conveyances of real estate.
