¶1 Joy Kocher and Judy Reed, heirs and co-personal representatives of Lois Greenheck's estate, filed a first and final accounting and consolidated petition for proposed distribution of Lois' estate in the District Court for the First Judicial District in Lewis and Clark County. Dr. Robert Greenheck, an heir who had been previously removed as a co-personal representative by the District Court, objected to the proposed distribution of the estate.
