OPINION
GALBREATH, Judge.
The plaintiff in error was convicted in the Hawkins County Criminal Court of concealing property knowing the same to have been stolen and sentenced to three years in the penitentiary and appeals assigning as error:(1) The failure of the trial court to grant a severance;(2) The insufficiency of the evidence; and(3) The failure of the trial court to charge the law on concealing stolen property under the value of $100.00.
