This suit is brought against the Town of Fenwick Island, Delaware, and two of its police officers by Plaintiff, a citizen of Maryland, who alleges that he was arrested without probable cause and subjected to physical abuse at the hands of the officers. Plaintiff alleges violation of his federal civil rights and several causes of action under state tort law.
